Job Description

The Programmatic Analyst manages campaign activities including setup, documentation, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. They identify and implement optimizations, contribute to client presentations, and support campaign management efforts.

The ideal candidate has some online trafficking experience and familiarity with Doubleclick DART or similar systems. Experience with bid management platforms and campaign optimization is a plus.

Most importantly, the Programmatic Analyst should be driven to innovate in digital media, enjoy collaborating with industry experts, and contribute to impactful work within Publicis' network.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize online media campaigns, including performance media and remarketing, independently or with Campaign Managers
  • Maintain attention to detail and adhere to best practices throughout campaign cycles
  • Organize campaign materials and handle daily campaign maintenance
  • Assist in developing client-facing performance reports
  • Assess inventory and develop proposals for new opportunities
  • Manage creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentation
  • Traffic campaign tags into ad exchanges
  • Conduct QA to ensure accurate campaign execution and performance
  • Provide auditing reports and manage billing systems as needed
  • Participate in knowledge sharing to improve strategies
Qualifications
  • Entry-level role; 1+ years in bid management, campaign management, or digital media preferred but not required
  • Relevant experience or internships in digital operations
  • Understanding of media planning elements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Organizational skills for managing campaign details
