Job Description: Spring11 is seeking a highly motivated, Underwriting Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst will provide support in delivering commercial real estate debt underwriting analysis across all markets and for all asset types.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties / Responsibilities: - Analyze and interpret operating statements, rent rolls, and leases for a variety of commercial and residential properties
- Prepare financial models and reconciliations using Excel
- Manage and organize the collection of due diligence
- Draft and prepare Investment Committee memos
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Skills, Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field required
- 0-1 years of experience related to commercial real estate experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50,000-$60,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
