Job Description

This Analyst enables the Ethics and Compliance team to deliver training and targeted messaging to Western Digital's global workforce. This role supports the implementation of our compliance program in collaboration with other functions in the Company. The Ethics and Compliance Analyst will be an integral member of the Ethics and Compliance Group in the Legal Department and will report to the Manager of E&C Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•   Project manage the creation and delivery of online training modules and instructor-led classes
•   Work with subject-matter experts and training content vendors to coordinate timely development of training modules
•   Manage relationship with Learning Management System (LMS) owners, oversee technical testing of course files, enable completion tracking of employee development and training initiatives, develop and maintain training reports and statistics
•   Manage the creation of online courses with internal SCORM software
•   Work with business partners to field training-related inquires and support learners
•   Project manage department surveys, employee disclosure certifications, external certification and Global Code of Conduct revisions
•   Support logistics planning of risk assessments, program evaluations and awareness campaigns
•   Monitor, respond/redirect to employee questions, requests, and reports
•   Support the creation, revision and management of E&C policies, guidelines, documents, filing system in Agile+ and other appropriate Company platforms
•   Assist with new team member onboarding, along with subscription enrolment and access to folders and resource
•   Assist with vendor engagement
•   Support periodic updates to the leadership, business units, Audit Committee and Board of Directors
•   Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to support projects, reports, and processes as necessary
•   Other special projects and duties as assigned Qualifications

REQUIRED:
•   Ability to understand, learn, and use new technology and systems
•   Fluency in English is required
•   Experience with Learning Management systems, or other corporate training programs
•   Experience working effectively in a global environment with sensitivity to cultural differences
•   Strong project management background
•   Ability to work effectively and constructively in a team environment
•   Proven troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
•   Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, including having follow-through and discipline to stay on track with projects
•   Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment, including focusing when needed on the matter at hand
•   Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work product under deadline pressures PREFERRED:
•   Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
•   Experience in the areas of legal or ethics and compliance operations, or a related field preferred
•   Experience with graphic design programs including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator preferred SKILLS
•   Advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup
•   Excellent organizational, analytical and customer service skills Additional Information

•   The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
•   You will be eligible to participate in Western Digital's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan.
