Job Description:
Our client's Customer Care & Aftersales Dealer Retail Channel is looking for a highly skilled data analyst to play a pivotal role in increasing dealership service lane traffic and their part sales . The analyst will be on point to collect, organize, and present data daily . They will be heavily relied upon to identify anomalies, discover trends, and provide insight / recommendations to peers and leadership teams. They will be expected to prioritize tasks and complete deliverables in the most efficient way possible. The analyst will be joining the Retail Channels Innovation and Technical Strategy team and will be asked to work proactively with an extreme ownership mindset, to align with the culture and work ethic of the rest of the team.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business SMEs to capture and document data analytic requirements.
• Prioritize deliverables based on timing, urgency, and other business-related factors.
• Recommend and implement appropriate analytic solutions to meet business objectives.
• Analyze large amounts of structured/ unstructured information, identify anomalies, and provide usable insight for business decisions
• Proactively identify opportunities of advanced analytics to streamline data processes and future deliverables.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are updated and aligned on expected outcomes.
• Prepare documentation and analytical reports that effectively summarize results, assumptions, and conclusions.
• Communicate complex information clearly, appropriately for the intended audience, and using data visualization techniques (charts, graphs, etc.).
• Establish collaborative relationships with business SMEs, IT teams, field team members, 3rd party vendors, and other business stakeholders.
• Stay current with data analytic techniques/technology and have a desire to learn new tools / skills.
• Document and maintain desk procedures for ongoing tasks.
Requirements:
• B.S. or M.S. in Technology ( computer science, computer engineering, applied math, statistics, engineering, or other quantitative field ) or equivalent work experience in a digital environment .
• 5 years of experience in a combination of analytics development, analytics design , consulting, product analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience working with Sales & Marketing leadership in a fast paced, agile environment .
• Expert communicator in written and verbal form; ability to work well with business owners, peers, dealers / customers, and ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic problem solver who simplifies problems to their core elements and finds creative solutions.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
