We're seeking an experienced Surety Account Manager to manage a growing book of bond business across a variety of commercial clients. You'll be the go-to expert for submissions, issuance, and client service. You'll also collaborate with surety carriers and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate, and strategic solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a portfolio of surety bond accounts-handling submissions, renewals, changes, and compliance
  • Analyze client history and financials to assess risk and determine appropriate bond solutions
  • Communicate underwriting requirements and decisions clearly to clients and producers
  • Coordinate claims communication and monitor claim progress
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell commercial lines.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in surety bonds or bond-related underwriting/service
  • Active Texas General Lines P&C license required
  • AFSB designation preferred or in progress
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Applied Epic preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy
  • Experience working with construction or real estate clients a plus
