Overview As an AM Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast and brunch items, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications Ideal candidates for the AM Line Cook position should possess:
- Previous experience in a line cook or similar role, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
