Provides efficient assistance to the server staff with high levels of guest service. Efficiently clears dishes, expedites food items, polishes glassware, and resets tables. Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and expertly arranges them on the buffet line, ensuring an appealing presentation and easy guest access. Diligently monitors and maintains the buffet line, ensuring all food item pans are consistently full, clean, and attractive during meal sessions, and regularly checking and regulating food temperatures to uphold food safety standards. Excellent guest relations and communication skills are needed. Able to lift and carry heavy equipment.
