We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to develop and implement data models that support business processes and enhance service offerings.

Role Overview

As part of our strategic investment in Alpha, we are building platforms for Data Modelling and Lineage to improve data usability for insight and analytics. The Data Scientist will work closely with clients and prospects on product development, execution, and strategy refinement, reporting to the EMEA ADS lead for ADS practice.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and execute data models supporting asset management processes.
  2. Demonstrate understanding of Data Modelling & Lineage, utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake for data integration.
  3. Develop user-oriented, metadata-driven views and insights across platforms.
  4. Track implementation progress and identify key areas for attention.
  5. Gather and incorporate client feedback into product development.
  6. Manage the conception, development, and deployment of new data models and services.
  7. Support planning and prioritization activities.
  8. Lead data-related projects and provide thought leadership.
  9. Translate complex projects and client engagements into actionable models and insights.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. At least 10 years of experience in alternatives and asset management data modeling.
  2. Expertise in designing data models for analytics and asset management processes.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and Snowflake.
  4. Strong organizational and stakeholder facilitation skills.
  5. Ability to lead complex projects and manage time effectively.
