Allergy & Immunology opening in Chattanooga, TN - Highly Incentivised Opportunity located in Chattanooga, TNPermanentFull-timeH1b/J1 Visa SupportSeeking BC/BENew Grads welcome to apply.Desired Schedule: 3-5 days/weekSatellite offices in Jasper and Cleveland - no more than 1 day/week in satellite locationBenefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Multiple compensation models (Higher salary negotiable for this location)Signing bonus ($10-20k) - More for this location can be negotiated100% paid family health insurance if working 3.5 days/weekCell phone reimbursement401k match$2,500/year CME creditVacation time: Typically 4 weeks (based on days worked/week), though negotiable if on a % of collections modelNo true partnership model, but for those reaching a certain threshold for collections, we have the option to buy private stock in the companyOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive work environment with access to advanced technology and resourcesOverview:Busy practice with support from multiple nurse practitionersEMR: IMS/MeditrabPatients Per Day: Typical template is 6-7 initial visits, 12-13 Follow-ups; some flexibilityCall: split between providers in the region; no in-hospital call - phone calls onlyKey Responsibilities:Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose and treat allergies, asthma, and immunological disorders.Perform and interpret allergy tests, including skin prick tests, patch tests, and blood tests.Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and medical history.Prescribe medications, immunotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions to manage allergic conditions.Educate patients and their families about allergy triggers, avoidance strategies, and self-management techniques.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, pulmonologists, and ENT specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Stay current with advances in allergy and immunology research, treatment modalities, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development activities.
