Rigid Tactical is seeking an All-Source Analyst to conduct analysis of the Combatant AOR and AOI (as defined by the Unified Command Plan). Personnel shall have/maintain the ability to gather information, analyze information, and prepare draft analytic products necessary for the U.S. Government to publish, disseminate, and apply intelligence in the Foundational Military Intelligence disciplines.The place of performance is MacDill AFB, Tampa FL, and the contractor will be a W2 full-time employee. Certification/Requirements: Senior: Must Possess a minimum of 17 years of overall experience
Must Possess a master's degree
Must Possess 12 years of operational experience in support of the combatant command
Must possess a current TS SCI
Understanding of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and 206
Mid level: Must Possess a minimum of 11 years of overall experience
Must Possess a master's degree
Must Possess 8 years of operational experience in support of the combatant command
Must possess a current TS SCI
Junior: Must Possess a minimum of 7 years of overall experience
Must Possess a bachelor's degree
Must Possess 3 years of operational experience in support of the combatant command
Must possess a current TS SCI
Location: MacDill AFB, Tampa FL Clearance: TS SCI Duties/Responsibilites Contractor personnel shall produce current alI-source intelligence analysis to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of regional or functional national security issues and developments in the Combatant AOR and AOI.
Contractor personnel shall produce timely, relevant all-source analysis on security and political developments affecting defense issues in the Combatant region and its periphery in line with Director of National Intelligence (DNl)/DIA analytic tradecraft standards as established in Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and 206.
Contractor personnel shall make use of structured analytic techniques as appropriate, including conducting analysis of competing hypothesis or application of pattern analysis to leverage large data sets.
The contractor shall network with forces in the Combatant region, components, Intelligence Community (IC) counterparts, and other stakeholders to ensure effective external coordination and collaboration on branch production.
Communicate with relevant Combatant Divisions/Directorates to ensure internal intelligence issue coordination; initiate collaborative production/support to plans and operations efforts as appropriate; and coordinate finished production internally and externally. The contractor shall develop and refine collection requirements. The contractor shall draft and maintain a list of intelligence questions regarding assigned topics to guide production, tend analytic lines, and identify intelligence gaps IAW Combatant priorities and the Theater Campaign Plan (TCP).
The contractor shall provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
The contractor shall provide anticipatory analysis, actionable intelligence, joint intelligence preparation of the operating environment, analytic support to targeting, situational awareness, and long-term stability warning assessments of developments in and around the Combatant region and its periphery to Combatant CDR; component forces; U.S. Embassy
