This role is for the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) System Administrator - Level 2 for the F-35 program at the Lockheed Martin, USAF Plant 4 facility in Fort Worth, TX.

The System Administrator is responsible for providing the overall on-site ALIS maintenance and support and serves as the primary point of contact for any internal and external customer needs, questions, or concerns.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Database health monitoring

• Monitor Dataflow and take corrective actions when required

• Performs system/software/user maintenance and maintaining system documentation

• Setting up administrator and service accounts.

• Installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.

• Interacting daily with users and acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the ALIS product suite.

• Maintaining smooth, secure operation of multiuser computer systems through coordination with other administrative disciplines (security, database, and network Support).

This is an operational support role, so the selected candidate may be required to support rotating shifts and work weekends and normal off shift time - as dictated by mission requirements.

Job is initially offered as a 4x10B Tuesday-Friday second shift but must be willing to work varied shifts and flexible schedules to meet emergent customer mission requirements or operational needs.

Basic Qualifications:

- Candidates must be able to qualify and obtain a DoD Secret clearance or have a Clearance with a background investigation closure date within the last 5 years and be able to attain and maintain Program access.

- The successful candidate must be have and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, or CCNA Security)

- Experience with System Administration and/or Military Information Systems

Desired Skills:

- Familiarity with the F-35 in an active-duty environment

- Familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language)

- Experience with and understanding of ALIS

- Interpersonal skills to interact daily with users, acting as a liaison for the ALIS product suite

- Ability to follow technical documentation

- Self-starter with ability work on a fast-paced team and as an individual contributor

- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin products and processes, to include the F-35 and JSF ALIS hardware and software.

- Working knowledge of Networked Attached Storage (NAS) systems and supported protocols

- Experience providing support in a help desk environment

- Previous System Administrator Experience

- Applying operating system updates, antivirus/anti-spyware updates, and patch updates

- Experience troubleshooting Web Applications

- Experience with servers and network installations/integration

- Maintaining/upgrading system hardware and startup/shutdown of rack components

- User Account Maintenance (Active Directory)

- Ability to follow technical documentation

- Self-starter with ability work on a fast-paced team and as an individual contributor

- Familiarity with MS Powershell scripting language

- Experience with McAfee product suite

- JBOSS Application and Messaging Suites

- Familiarity with Solar Winds

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
