Job Title: Algorithm Developer V

Location: Onsite/Hybrid - Redmond, WA

Job Type: 12-Month Contract (W2) - Potential Extensions

We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Developer to design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms with a strong focus on deep learning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in algorithm development, embedded systems, and performance tuning. This role includes deploying ML models onto hardware and working closely with software and hardware teams to drive product innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and test algorithms for a variety of machine learning and deep learning tasks

Apply advanced theories and research techniques related to algorithm development

Build and optimize statistical models and algorithms to analyze system workload performance

Translate customer or system requirements into algorithm specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues

Deploy algorithms to embedded hardware systems

Continuously improve the performance of algorithms and system efficiency


Required Skills:

Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Strong object-oriented programming skills in C , C , Python, or similar languages

Experience with embedded platforms (e.g., Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, FPGA) and deploying ML models to such devices

Solid understanding of algorithm design and system performance optimization


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a variety of machine learning toolkits and platforms

Knowledge of hardware/software integration

Familiarity with performance profiling tools and debugging on embedded systems


Experience:

5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and algorithm development


Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field required; Master's preferred
