As an
Alarm Systems Sales Specialist, you will be pivotal in driving sales of our security solutions tailored for various clients. Your role will encompass:
- Monitoring sales activities and providing strategic advice to account teams.
- Collaborating with Regional Account Managers to develop and manage budgets ranging from $500,000 to $1 million.
- Offering insights on market trends, products, and competitive landscape to support our sales efforts.
- Aiming to achieve assigned business goals and sales objectives.
- Formulating and implementing product support and marketing initiatives.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers to enhance their understanding of Securitas' offerings.
- Training sales personnel and ensuring they have the necessary tools for success.
- Providing timely management reports on sales forecasts.
- Facilitating the transition into professional services to solidify Securitas as a strategic ally for customers.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO processes.
To thrive in this role, candidates are expected to have:
- A BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record in sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
- Demonstrated project and people management skills.
- A minimum of 5+ years in sales or marketing management, with at least 5 years in outside sales preferred.
- Outstanding performance in meeting high sales quotas.
- PC proficiency with robust knowledge of spreadsheet and presentation tools.
