As a Security Technician, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality service, activating cutting-edge systems, and giving homeowners the confidence to use the technology that protects what matters most.

Responsibilities:
- Service and troubleshoot existing residential and light commercial security systems (primarily hardwired systems)
- Perform system activations, upgrades, and orientations for new and existing clients
- Educate clients on how to use their systems and technology with confidence
- Maintain a clean and organized work van, manage inventory and tools
- Communicate professionally and clearly with clients and team member
- Occasionally support basic system installations or retrofits
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- Experience with residential security systems, alarm panels, and smart home technologies
- Bonus points for commercial fire system knowledge or NICET certification
- Strong troubleshooting and low-voltage wiring skills
- Ability to read basic blueprints or site documentation
- Tech-savvy mindset with the desire to learn new platforms and systems
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Self-starter with strong organizational habits
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Strive to exceed estimated time objectives for yourself
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to meet customer demands outside of normal working hours
- Ability to work in tight spaces & at ladder height
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and criminal background
