To deliver full scope of services in line with the Bahrain International Airport output based contracts. Responsible for full operational control of the contract to the divisional manager.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Production of schedules to cover cleaning operatives allocated to sites/clients ensuring the contract is covered and cleaning duties always performed.
  2. Monitoring and upholding contract/cleaner performance in accordance with the contract KPI's and SLA's.
  3. Relationship management with client, advising, investigating and solving any issues.
  4. Managing cleaning staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, staff retention and immigration compliance.
  5. Ensuring that sites have correct stock levels and products within budget limits.
  6. Attending client site meetings and closing any outstanding action points from the minutes of the meetings.
  7. Ensuring timesheets and biometrics are completed in accordance with the daily manpower and the contracts daily manpower budget.
  8. Carry out multiple site visits to ensure full compliance of operations managers and supervisors in accordance with the daily routine.
  9. Manage the asset list of site machinery ensuring all machines are fully operational at all times.
  10. Enforce Health and Safety regulations in particular the site safe management of COSHH.
  11. Budget Management of a minimum BD1.5M per annum.
  12. Ensure all site files are fully up to date and compliant with each and every file subject matter.
  13. Produce necessary weekly/monthly reports for divisional manager and client.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven Account/Project Management skills in operations at an International Airport within the cleaning fraternity.
  2. Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience in Managing in a cleaning account at an International Airport.
  3. IOSH or NEBOSH qualified.
  4. IBIFM/MBIFM desirable.
  5. Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  7. Time Management and delivery of deadlines experience is a must.
  8. Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
