Job Summary: Aviation Repair Technologies (A.R.T.) is a leading FAA and EASA-certified repair station specialized in structures, interiors and accessories MRO services, Aircraft Maintenance and End-of-Life Management, Parts Sales, and Logistics, for new generation commercial and regional aircraft. A.R.T. supports global aircraft operators from their state-of-the-art MROs located in Blytheville, Arkansas and Doral, Florida. This position is based in Doral, Florida. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Represent A.R.T.'s Structures and Composites MRO services. Develop strategic sales growth strategies. Establish sales growth through current and new customers; Manage sales opportunities through every stage of the process; Maintain customer relationship for repeat business; Analytical and problem-solving mindset; Obtain customer feedback to assist in establishing business development efforts and strategies; Promote and cross-sell all of A.R.T.'s MRO services; Provide sales and business development progress to the VP of Business Development; Travel as necessary to meet with customers and attend industry events/exhibitions; Perform other sales and marketing tasks as may be assigned from time to time. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related professional field; 5 years prior experience in a MRO sales position for an FAA-certified repair station or similar aircraft maintenance operations. Effective at closing Sales opportunities, negotiation skills and a proven sales track record. Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Be able to work regular business hours; Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
