Role & Responsibilities:
- Assemble New Glenn spacecraft components, structures, and systems with precision.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring optimal performance.
- Inspect and repair aircraft structures in compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct functional tests on aerospace systems to verify proper operation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance, repairs, and parts used.
- Work closely with engineers, licensed mechanics, and team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
- Follow strict safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, new technologies, and evolving maintenance procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience as an A&P mechanic, military mechanic, aircraft technician, or in a highly technical aerospace role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to industry updates and best practices.
- Physically capable of working in various environmental conditions.
