Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and renovating aircraft, ranging from single-engine piston to turbo props and multi-engine jets.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair various aircraft systems, including airframe, engine, flight control, and other related systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections, including 100/HR and/or Annual inspection checklists, to ensure airframe and powerplant serviceability.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and correct deficiencies in aircraft systems.
- Ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures, policies, and FAA regulations.
- Properly record aircraft discrepancies following approved maintenance procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide own hand tools for maintenance tasks.
- Work with computerized maintenance software (e.g., Cooridor, CAMP/Cescom) - experience preferred.
Requirements
- A&P License (required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on piston aircraft.
- At least 1 year of experience working on turboprop and/or jet aircraft (preferred).
- 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience (required).
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining light jets, turboprops, and piston airplanes is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
