Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of A&P mechanics and support personnel.
- Hire, train, and assess team members for continuous professional growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide staff guidance.
- Plan and manage maintenance activities to ensure FAA compliance.
- Implement schedules and optimize processes for efficiency.
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and enhance safety-focused maintenance practices.
- Collaborate with the Chief Inspector on quality control.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of parts and supplies.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets.
- Address aircraft incidents and discrepancies with solutions.

Requirements:

- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, perform agile tasks, and work in various conditions.
