As a key member of the NISC V Training Group, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of air traffic control (ATC) simulation training equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation of training systems, and you will be part of a dynamic team in a full-time capacity.

Primary Responsibilities: - Install and maintain software and hardware systems, including account management, user privileges, local software testing, and backups.
- Ensure timely updates and patches are implemented.
- Collaborate with vendors and users to resolve network and user-related issues while maintaining the integrity of the site domain.
- Support the development and implementation of training scenarios, overseeing the management and shipment of training pods to FAA facilities.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while effectively solving problems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess various information and make informed decisions.
- Thorough understanding of the System Administrator role, supporting both FAA and vendor training initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel 10% - 20%.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability via the FAA - requires U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency with 3 years of U.S. residency.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting the FAA is a plus.
- An active Public Trust with the FAA is advantageous.
