Job Title: Air Drill Operator ($13-14) - Full Time Opportunity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $13-$14 per hour
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating an air drill is required
Minimum 2 months experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production role
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
High school diploma or GED preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Operate an air drill and other power tools to assemble products according to specifications
Follow standardized procedures to ensure consistency and product quality
Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Inspect finished components for defects or errors and report issues promptly
Keep work area clean, organized, and free from hazards
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency
