We're hiring an Air Conditioning Specialist for Customer Technical Support. In this role you will support the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced air conditioning units for our dealer and customer network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers during the startup and operation of automotive A/C recharge stations (remote and onsite).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to A/C units.
- Perform repairs and service on air conditioning diagnostic equipment at various complexity levels.
- Document technical support cases, repairs, and solutions using company software tools.
- Deliver customer training on equipment setup, configuration, and best practices.
- Manage spare parts inventory for A/C service units.
- Communicate effectively with the engineering and development teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while following internal protocols.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with automotive air conditioning systems, servicing, and diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of A/C refrigerants and service processes.
- Working understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- ASE Certification and/or HVAC Certification preferred.
- Solid computer skills (Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate within a team environment.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn and take initiative.

- Compensation: $50,000-$62,000 (commensurate with experience)
