Soni's client is looking for anaddition to the Corporate Systems AI team. You will liaise between corporate business lines and internal technology teams, supporting technical aspects of AI-driven projects to enhance operational efficiencies across Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Marketing, and Private Equity applications. You'll have the opportunity to lead the integration of cutting-edge generative AI technologies across our internal operations. Our end-users are our partners and by joining us, you'll engage with them directly to enhance the functionality and usability of application suites that are instrumental to our clients success.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Champion business process improvements and provide in depth analysis within AI areas

• Collaborate with your team members and end-users, early, directly, and often to evolve the technical landscape real-time as business needs change.

• Manage initiatives, project plans, timelines, and roadmaps

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders using techniques such as interviews, design sessions, surveys and translate them into creative and practical solutions

• Perform vendor evaluations and implementations of third party solutions

• Define and manage data interfaces with third party vendors and internal systems

• Analyze, cleanse, transform, manage and validate data; undertake data ownership/management in systems to facilitate data integrity

• Assume system ownership of applications for customizations, configurations (code setups), upgrades, release patches, troubleshooting, issue escalation, functionality expertise, and general user training

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical business analyst role

• Strong technical background and understanding of AI technologies and their practical applications (RAG architecture, GPT workflows, Agentic AI processes)

• Proven ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and to explain complex technical concepts

• Flexibility to work on a mix of technical and non-technical assignments

• Knowledge of SDLC models

• Previous experience working with data integration and/or vendor feeds

• SQL Skills preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent preferred

Compensation: $150,000-175,000 a year
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.

Schedule: 5 days a week onsite, 9 hour shift
