How You Will Make An Impact
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for real-world business use cases.
- Architect and manage vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and embedding indexes.
- Contribute to full-stack application development using .NET, React/TypeScript, Python, and SQL.
- Collaborate in Agile rituals such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team alignment.
- Lead by example through hands-on coding, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI and traditional application layers.
- Advocate for DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and best-in-class engineering standards.
- Translate complex AI concepts for both technical and business audiences.
Are You a Full-Stack AI Technologist?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in software engineering, ideally with leadership experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
- Strong skills in both AI development (Python, prompt engineering) and enterprise tech stack (.NET, React/TypeScript, SQL).
- Experience with vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
- Strong grasp of CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native application design.
- Embody a mindset of Extreme Ownership: proactive, accountable, and team-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
