Role: AI-Powered Python Developer (Junior to Senior level)

Salary: Up to $280k base + 7-figure equity + 20-40% bonus + relocation support and bonus

What You Will Do: - Develop and enhance cutting-edge AI-driven hiring platforms utilized globally.
- Collaborate with innovative LLMs in user-facing applications.
- Create scalable backend systems leveraging Python/Django frameworks.
- Work in close-knit teams at our San Francisco office for optimal collaboration.
The Right Candidate Will Have: - A minimum of 1 year of software engineering experience focusing on Python/Django, with exposure to advanced LLMs in product environments.
- A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its application in recruitment.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable backend systems using Python/Django.
Note: This role requires in-person work at our San Francisco location 6 days a week. We can offer visa sponsorship transfers for eligible candidates.
