AI/ML Specialist with Security Clearance

AI/ML Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Clearance: Secret or Top-Secret (preferred)
Work Status: US citizens only due to federal/government requirement. Required Skills/ Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or applied data science

• Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML development, with demonstrated real-world project experience

• Proven ability to design and implement custom ML components beyond standard prebuilt models and tools, particularly within cloud platforms

• Solid understanding of core ML/DL concepts, with experience taking models from prototype to production

• Minimum of 3 years' experience building and deploying scalable, production-grade AI/ML pipelines in AWS and Databricks

• Practical knowledge of tools such as MLflow, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark for pipeline development and model tracking

• Experience architecting end-to-end ML solutions, including feature engineering, model training, deployment, and ongoing monitoring

• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration and a strong grasp of DevSecOps best practices in cloud-native environments

• Hands-on experience with key tools and frameworks, including:
o Python, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn
o TensorFlow or PyTorch
o Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana Education Requirement

• Shall have at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology Management or Engineering.
