Job Title: AI/ML LeadLocation: Cupertino, CAInterview: Video Interview Description: - Gather regional reporting requirements for the Sales Reporting Platforms across desktop and Mobile, contributing to the UX/UI design considerations and following up with proposals to stakeholders.
- Maintain a reporting data dictionary and business glossary for key reporting metrics and best practices.
- Review existing reporting platform capabilities, and ensure critical capabilities are captured to support our sales organization.
- Heavily participate in UAT for new releases, ensure key enhancements and updates are as expected and meet the requirement of the business.
- Participate and support business stakeholders in data governance discussions for key metrics and data attributes.
- Effectively communicate status and issues to team members & management.
Key Qualifications - 8+ years reporting experience in data analysis, business analysis, data management or similar role driving large scale complex business process/technology transformation initiatives.
- In depth meaningful experience in reporting and data analysis in a technically driven corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and a consumer focus.
- An understanding of the components and considerations required when building corporate systems and working with reporting solutions.
- Understanding of master data and how data should be consumed by multiple downstream systems.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Previous experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives.
- Aptitude and interest in new technical concepts.
- An understanding of AI and Machine learning within Reporting and Data analytics
- A good eye for UI/UX design
- You will go beyond the industry norm and demonstrate creativity in problem solving, ability to think dynamically and outside of standard convention, and adapt quickly to new technical areas.
