About the Role
We're looking for an elite AI-empowered network problem solver - someone who combines deep networking chops with a forward-thinking mindset for automation and AI-driven observability . If you're the kind of engineer who spots issues before they hit dashboards - and you're already integrating AI signals into your network operations - this is your arena.
You'll architect hybrid networks that span F5 , Cisco , Infoblox , and both AWS and Azure , while also building out new datacenter footprints and scaling them with confidence. You'll also shape how we leverage AI to monitor, predict, and auto-resolve network events - transforming the network from reactive to predictive.
What You'll Own
• Design, troubleshoot, and evolve enterprise-grade networks with a focus on zero-downtime architecture
• End-to-end expertise in F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM) load balancing and app delivery
• Infoblox DDI management (with API-driven automation)
• Core Cisco routing and switching , spanning traditional and spine-leaf designs
• Operational visibility using SolarWinds, NetFlow , and AI-based anomaly detection tools
• Build and expand datacenter networks (rack design, power planning, interconnects, migration)
• Architect and troubleshoot hybrid cloud networking across AWS and Azure
• Develop network automation playbooks using Python, Ansible, or Terraform
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to train and tune LLM-powered bots for Tier 1 triage
• Work with AI-enhanced monitoring platforms to auto-identify patterns, performance issues , and root cause paths What We're Looking For
• US Permanent Residency (US Citizens and Green Card Holders only)
• 7+ years in network engineering and design , across enterprise or datacenter-scale environments
• Deep experience with F5, Infoblox, and Cisco technologies
• Fluency in cloud networking (VPCs, Transit Gateways, NSGs/NACLs, BGP routing in cloud)
• Proven record in datacenter buildouts and physical infrastructure scaling
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Ansible, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI/ML in IT Ops (AIOps platforms, anomaly detection models, etc.)
• Bonus: Worked on LLM integration , chat-based network assistants, or predictive alerting systems
• Why Join Us?
• Own a network platform that spans physical, virtual, and AI-powered observability
• Build in cutting-edge AI tooling to make network operations self-healing and predictive
• Solve high-stakes problems before most engineers even see the alert
• Flexible work setup with a strong engineering culture
• Visibility across cloud, security, and infrastructure leadership This is more than a job - it's a chance to architect the future of networking with AI at your side.
Apply now and let's build the self-aware, self-healing network of tomorrow.
