About the Role
As an AI Deployment Engineer, you'll lead the full customer journey-from initial setup to long-term success-by building and deploying custom conversational AI solutions. It's a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll work closely with clients, move quickly, and help shape the product through real-world feedback and use.
Role Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer deployments, from pre-sales to onboarding to long-term success, acting as the main point of contact throughout.
- Translate client needs into action by managing stakeholder relationships, educating users, and communicating feedback to engineering teams.
- Work hands-on with low-code tools, API integrations, and webhooks to build and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
- Strong execution, technical acumen, and experience scaling products in high-growth or applied AI environments.
Key Requirements
- 3-7 years of professional experience, ideally in fast-paced start up environments; exceptions made for standout candidates
- Proven track record of deploying products to customers and driving implementation success
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Background in a start up that has scaled from Series B to later stages or IPO
