We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Scientist/Machine Learning (ML) Engineer with Generative AI (GenAI) experience. You will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions for a Fortune 100 client. Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with AI, model building, and ML will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our client's business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales teams, business operations teams, business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

This remote position is a full-time, salaried position. There may be some initial travel related to initial engagement on the creation of our model(s) and usage. It is a requirement that the selected candidate must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

SEIS participates in the E-Verify program to validate authorization to work in the United States.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and optimization of AIML algorithms for both existing and new systems.

Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements.

Convert AI/ML models into APIs that other developers can use.

Perform statistical analysis on big data sets.

Manage project infrastructure and the development of AI models and projects.

Work with other machine learning engineers, data engineers, and AI engineers to develop machine learning models.

Collect and analyze data sets to identify patterns and develop predictive algorithmic models.

Implement chatbots and virtual agents.

Automate workflows and business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Stay updated with the latest features and updates in AI, Data Science, GenAI, and ML.

Provide technical consultancy to various teams, ensuring alignment with the latest advancements in AIML and GenAI.

Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of AI and ML.

Assist in collecting and identifying functional requirements.

Be adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.

Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in OpenAI/ChatGPT

Data Integration: Integrate solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, MS SQL Server databases, Oracle Databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve technical issues within AI/ML solutions, ensuring smooth functionality and performance.

Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Development, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related technical field.

Strong hands on, demonstrable experience can be used in lieu of a degree.

Mandatory experience developing and integrating with Open AI API.

Experience working with large data sets and writing efficient code capable of processing large data streams at speed.

In-depth knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI), deep learning, machine learning algorithms and their applications.

Expertise in AI/ML tools and technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of relational database technologies.

Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols.

Preferred Skills

Telecommunications Industry Experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2 - 3 years of AI experience.

2 - 3 years of GenAI experience.

2 - 3 years of ML experience.

Strong customer obsession mindset.
