Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, review, and manage service agreements, amendments, and renewals
- Track contract timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements
- Maintain and organize contract documentation in accordance with company standards
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate contract execution
- Ensure timely renewals and flag any contract risks or discrepancies
- Assist in contract negotiations and revisions as needed
- Support legal and finance teams with audits and documentation requests
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in contracts administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of contract language and legal terminology
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
