Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage service agreements, amendments, and renewals
  • Track contract timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain and organize contract documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate contract execution
  • Ensure timely renewals and flag any contract risks or discrepancies
  • Assist in contract negotiations and revisions as needed
  • Support legal and finance teams with audits and documentation requests
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in contracts administration or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of contract language and legal terminology
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
