GE Healthcare is seeking a Senior Agile Transformation Leader to drive and lead the Agile transformation within our Imaging Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including SAFe Agile and Lean practices, with a strong background in software development or program management within the medical device sector. This individual must possess exceptional coaching abilities and be able to influence without authority, working across teams and leadership levels to embed a lasting Agile mindset and culture.

Job Description

In Office role and no sponsorship (No OPT or H1B)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Agile Leadership: Lead the Agile transformation strategy and execution within the Imaging business, fostering an Agile mindset across teams.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide Agile coaching and mentorship at the leadership and team levels, guiding teams towards best practices in SAFe Agile and Lean principles.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with executives, product teams, and engineering leads to drive Agile adoption and alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Implement Lean frameworks and Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, improve team collaboration, and accelerate product delivery.
  • Training & Facilitation: Act as a certified Agile trainer, conducting workshops and Agile maturity assessments to reinforce Agile excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and inspire leadership and teams without direct authority, creating buy-in and driving Agile adoption through thought leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback loops to evolve Agile processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile transformation or program management in hardware/software projects, implementations, etc.
  • Someone that has been a prior Engineer but now in the PM/Agile space leading transformations at an enterprise level.
  • Hands-on experience in software development or program management in regulated industries.
  • SAFe Agile Certification (preferably SAFe Certified Trainer).
  • Strong expertise in Lean frameworks and Agile mindset practices.
  • Proven ability to coach teams , leaders, and executives to adopt Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional influencing skills with a track record of driving Agile adoption without direct authority .
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about Agile and Lean transformations .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
