Title: Agile Transformation Lead
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week)

Base Salary Range: $170,000-200,000k

Are you an Agile evangilist, with a passion for enabling teams to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment? We're looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to champion the adoption of scaled agile practices across a global technology organization supporting complex capital markets systems.

In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, development teams, and product managers to refine and roll out a unified agile framework that streamlines delivery, increases transparency, and aligns technology efforts with business goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, guiding multiple teams through the agile journey and embedding best practices every step of the way.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape and document a scalable agile operating model.
  • Lead the transformation of globally distributed development teams by coaching, mentoring, and implementing agile frameworks.
  • Promote and embed agile values, principles, and practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Drive consistent agile adoption through workshops, hands-on coaching, and tooling improvements.
  • Configure and optimize project boards and dashboards in Jira to improve visibility and flow.
  • Empower Product Owners and Scrum Masters with the knowledge and support needed to succeed.
  • Act as a key evangelist for the organization's scaled agile strategy and delivery framework.
What You'll Bring:
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience leading agile initiatives and working within agile organizations.
  • Proven expertise with Jira and other agile lifecycle management tools.
  • Deep understanding of scaled agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks).
  • Track record of successfully guiding teams through agile transformations in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate change across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience coaching distributed teams and aligning global efforts under a common methodology.
