Agile RTE - Remote; but preferably close to Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of experience working within Information Technology
- At least 10 years working as a scrum master
- At least 5 years serving as an active Release Train Engineer
- SAFe RTE certification
- SAFe Program Consultant Certification - Distinguishing Factor
- Significant experience in agile transformation, coaching, and transitioning teams, programs, and portfolios
- Proficient with tools like Azure DevOps for facilitating scrum teams
- Skilled in creating reporting metrics and dashboards to illustrate value flow
- Ability to coach and mentor scrum masters, empowering delivery teams to embrace agility
- Competent in removing impediments affecting team execution and creating release plans
- Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders and teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in the Identity and Access Management field through SAFe implementation and all ART level ceremonies
- Act as the escalation point for impediments and risks, collaborating with Business Product Owners
- Coordinate across multiple scrum teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the Program Increment lifecycle
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
