Role: Agile Project/Program Manager
Location: 7105 Corporate Drive, Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)
Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
Position Summary:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance, and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Desired Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years experience in Project/Program Management
• Well versed in Project Mgmt within a Scaled Agile environment Working knowledge, experience managing project leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
• Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines.
• Ability to work with disparate teams globally.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment.
• Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
