Job Description itD is looking for a passionate
Agile Project Manager to join our innovative Retail Practice group. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our leading retail client's key strategic initiatives.
This position will require a hybrid work schedule, with in-office attendance in San Francisco, CA 1-2 days per week. Salary Range: $120 - 140k annually.
- Collaborate closely with our Retail Practice Directors and senior leaders within our retail client's organization.
- Drive complex technical projects within the Digital Portfolio that support critical growth initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that include milestones, scope, resource allocation, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies while tracking ongoing project status.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to simplify complexities and drive projects forward.
- Possess a proven track record in leading multiple projects from inception through execution.
- Manage risks, cross-dependencies, and project budgets effectively.
- Document and disseminate meeting notes, action items, and facilitate inter-team communications.
- Work with both IT and business program owners to generate accurate resource estimates.
- Utilize project data to enhance productivity and cost efficiency for future projects.
Required qualifications and skills - 5+ years of Project Management experience focusing on the execution of Digital projects such as eCommerce, OMNI, Order Management, and Account Security.
- Experience with Atlassian tools, specifically JIRA for project execution and Confluence for reporting.
- A verified record of successful project delivery from inception to implementation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release, and engineering teams.
- Metrics-driven management experience with Agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Significant experience managing project budgets.
- PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
