Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within tperson financial services domain. Tperson ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, experience working in banking, insurance, or fintech, and tperson ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives. This role requires a blend of Agile best practices, project management skills, and financial industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions in banking, insurance, or fintech.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to align project objectives with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and risk management strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and resolving roadblocks that impact project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
• Ensure alignment with financial regulations (e.g., Basel, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS) and risk management frameworks.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor teams in Agile best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in project management within tperson financial services industry.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Knowledge of banking operations, payments, lending, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets.
• Understanding of cloud-based financial platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Experience working in regulatory-driven projects within finance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data migration, digital transformation, or financial technology implementations.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices in finance.
• Exposure to Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, Spotify Model, or Nexus).
• Ability to work with remote and global teams across different time zones.
