Agile Project Manager

This is for a new program named FAMLI that is helping to automate the FMLA process with the State of Maryland. This will allow employees to receive FMLA more efficiently and faster and help improve their lives as they care for their needs.

Job Title: Agile Project Manager
This person will be managing 3 scrum teams across 2 different workstreams for a new program named FAMLI that is helping to automate the FMLA process with the State of Maryland. This will allow employees to receive FMLA more efficiently and faster and help improve their lives as they care for their needs. The Agile PM will lead 8-10 FTEs on the project and report directly to the prime's PgM.

Requirements
3-5 years of Agile Project Management experience
Experience managing multiple technical delivery teams at once
Relevant Program or Government experience
Strong leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
