In this role, you will serve as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master to work on the premier group dedicated to creating innovative cybersecurity capabilities. You'll oversee multiple projects concurrently with various goals, dependencies, and unique constraints. You'll assist with analyzing and monitoring project requirements, maintain project team relationships, and collaborate with developers and researchers to comprehend the details, dependencies, and status of all milestones, epics, and features. You will demonstrate the ability to customize the Agile approach to meet customer needs and own the process from beginning to end. You'll identify impacts to testing and release milestones as developers communicate schedule delays or propose re-sequencing or de-scoping epics and features. You will also identify and escalate issues, risks, or decisions to product owners and senior management. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 5+ years of experience supporting Agile and Systems Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) processes
5+ years of experience in a project management role on cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile project management tools, including ServiceNow
Experience e nga ging with clients to capture and prioritize business needs
Experience reporting and tracking requirements
Experience developing and analyzing business process or SOP documentation to identify areas of improvement and efficiency
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification
Project Management, Agile, or Scrum Master Certification Nice If You Have: Experience utilizing Service Now
Experience leading Agile Transformation
Experience working in Research and Development ( R & D )
Experience with cybersecurity principles, approaches, and technologies
Experience performing one or more roles in the Systems Development Life Cycle ( SDLC )
Ability to drive organizational change even when faced with resistance
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to be a self-motivated team player

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
