Use Scrum methodology to facilitate secure electronic communication between different healthcare entities. Provide analysis, architecture and design support for Scrum team. Work as part of Systems Integration team integrating customer needs. Oversee teams intake of work and prioritize delivery to deliver innovative solutions and maximize business value being delivered by Scrum team. Collaborate with System teams, business owners and requesters. Implement API standards and microservices architecture within systems. Work with cloud services and RESTful APIs to
process incoming electronic requests and implement appropriate outgoing responses. Maintain and refine inflow of work to teams product backlog and ensure proper prioritization is reflected in the backlog. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering or related and 5 years of Information Technology experience, or a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Engineering or related and 2 years of Information Technology experience. Must have experience with APIs, RESTful APIs, SOAP Services, JSON, XML, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Services/Technologies, Agile/Scrum Methodologies, and the Healthcare Benefits domain.
