We are seeking an experienced Agile Practice Lead (Mid-Level) to join our dynamic team supporting data analytics, automation, and user adoption initiatives within a mission-critical Federal Law Enforcement environment. In this role, you will lead agile delivery practices, drive human-centered transformation, and guide teams through change management and technology adoption. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment of enterprise solutions that enhance performance and operational effectiveness. This is a full-time position requiring on-site work five days a week at a client's office in Washington, D.C. An active Top Secret SCI clearance is mandatory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the Agile Practice Lead for projects that follow SAFe Agile methodology, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery. Guide agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives. Facilitate change management and user adoption strategies tied to the rollout of analytics platforms and custom-developed tools. Deliver human-centered design and transformation support that aligns with user needs, constraints, and mission goals. Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, metrics, and iterative delivery. Provide leadership on communication strategies, training development, and knowledge sharing across enterprise teams. Ensure consistency with agile governance standards, quality delivery, and successful transition of new solutions into operations. Required Skills: Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Proven experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations within a federal or enterprise environment Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks Experience leading human-centered design, digital transformation, and user enablement efforts Ability to guide and mentor agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and track agile metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint performance) Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to interface with senior leadership and technical teams Demonstrated experience in delivering change management and training strategies for enterprise-wide rollouts Desired Skills/Experience: Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement, defense, or intelligence community missions Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SAFe Program Boards Experience integrating agile delivery within environments that include data engineering, analytics, and cloud-native applications Understanding of organizational change dynamics in classified or high-security environments Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives This position requires five days a week on site at customer location in Washington DC.
