BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for an Agile Master (Project Manager). This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.
The Agile Master is responsible for leading and where required coaching the Symphonia Product Team and will be responsible for the adoption of the Agile Working Model. The responsibilities include the planning of all required ceremonies, team and individual coaching on required practices and processes, removal of obstacles and distractions that may detrimentally impact team performance.
What awaits you?
- Act as a leader for multiple Scrum/Kanban teams, planning and facilitating required ceremonies.
- Empower individual members of the teams to self-manage and tackle problems in a proactive and collaborative way.
- Ensure the responsible development and product teams and their members are impediment free or that all interruptions and distractions are minimized.
- Raise awareness of risks or potential impediments to higher management with actionable remedies.
- Provide agile coaching and mentoring within all responsible teams, communicating, and implementing good agile working practices.
- Deputise for the Agile Delivery and Operations Manager if unavailable.
- Perform elements of system analyst if needed.
- Ability to be able to project manage workstreams end to end in addition to the Agile Master role as and when required.
What should you bring along?
- Demonstrable experience in IT with a track record with project management
- Proven ability to engage with a variety of IT teams and suppliers to achieve timely and successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to embrace change and champion its implementation within their sphere of influence.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills both in person and remote.
- Exposure to the Financial Services industry and mission-critical systems preferred.
