Agile Coach
Location: Glasgow (hybrid working)
Rate: £430 per day via umbrella

Job Description:
Join us as an Agile Coach, where you will develop scrum principles and sprint goals aligned to industry best practices and the bank's objectives, to foster a high-performing technology team and support the successful progression on scrum projects.
To be successful as an Agile Coach, you should have experience with:
- Implementations and executions of large-scale agile frameworks.
- Previous experience as an Agile coach in an enterprise setting.
- Facilitated negotiations at various levels with stakeholders.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
- Agile certifications and qualifications.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong background in technical development.

Accountabilities:
- Management and fostering of a high-performing engineering team through technical guidance and support.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance technology development efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry technology trends and contribute to organizational learning and excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives, security, and regulatory requirements.
Agile Coach Expectations:
- Contribute to strategy, requirements, and change management, including resource and policy planning.
- If managing a team, define roles, plan for future needs, and contribute to performance and pay decisions.
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors to foster an environment of excellence and development.
- Guide technical teams, lead assignments, and mentor less experienced specialists.
- Advise stakeholders on functional and cross-functional impacts and alignments.
- Manage risks, strengthen controls, and ensure governance.
- Collaborate across functions to support business strategies.
- Develop solutions through analytical thinking and research.
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
