JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Agile AWS / Azure Technology Strategy Lead shall lead the development and execution of innovative technology strategies to align IT programs with business objectives.
Oversee complex Agile portfolios with multiple Agile Release Trains, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.
Support and guide large teams (100+ members) WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED: Active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications
One or more of the following advanced certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Expert, Certified Network Professional, and / or relational database certs like Oracle and PostgreSQL are required.
10+ years of experience crafting and implementing strategic technology roadmaps that incorporate enterprise cloud offerings (AWS and Azure), custom application delivery, and low-code/no-code solutions.
10+ years of experience driving alignment with Agile principles and practices to ensure seamless integration of technology initiatives with organizational priorities.
10+ years of experience optimizing system for scalability, reliability, and performance.
Proven track record collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvement.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects with business impact.
10+ years of experience managing technology programs to meet budgetary, compliance, and performance objectives.
