A well-established ag retail facility in Eastern Nebraska is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Ag Operations Technician to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, supporting daily site operations, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced agricultural environment.



Ag Operations Technician Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vehicles, equipment, and facility to operational standards


  • Perform light mechanical repairs and equipment inspections


  • Load/unload trucks and handle ag inputs safely and efficiently


  • Operate loaders, tractors, and other site equipment


  • Blend dry and liquid fertilizer using automated systems


  • Deliver product to customers or applicators as needed


  • Maintain accurate paperwork and follow DOT/safety compliance


  • Assist with general upkeep and warehouse duties



Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent


  • Ag, equipment, or mechanical background preferred


  • CDL and commercial application license a plus (training available)


  • Attention to detail and commitment to a safe work environment


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
