Description
Job Summary: Responsible for administrative support of the Aftersales parts, rebuilds and retrofits business.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Updates, maintains and expands price books for pre-engineered Aftersales upgrades solutions.
- Continuously reviews costs and pricing to ensure margins are in line with departmental guidelines.
- Generates various types of reports using Epicor and Excel to help analyze stocking needs, pricing adjustment needs, customer spending patterns, etc
- Interfaces with customer, engineering, inventory control, production control, manufacturing and shipping to support the inside sales team on projects that are time sensitive.
- Researches parts either through electronic or hard copy manuals to locate needed information to identify correct parts and obtain updated costs if required.
- Provides support for various aspects of the quotation process as requested by the Aftersales Inside Sales Manager.
- Brings reoccurring difficulties to the attention of the department manager.
- Performs other special related projects at the direction of the department manager.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum (Required) Qualifications: Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or education and work experience in lieu of degree.
- 1 to 3 years in an office administration function.
- Previous experience in researching automated machine and/or plastics machine parts a plus.

- Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work individually and as a team.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology.
- Ability to adhere to structured work guidelines and schedules.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
- MS Office, Windows 10 proficient
Salary Description
$80,000-90,000
