Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive aftermarket sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key aftermarket customers.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that add value to their operations.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of aftermarket products and services, staying updated on the latest industry advancements.
  • Train and educate the sales team on the features and benefits of after-sales offerings.
  • Develop and monitor sales forecasts, analyzing performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on aftermarket sales performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.

About the Company: For 150 years, Wilo has provided pumps for the industrial, municipal, agricultural, commercial and fire protection markets. The pump offerings include end suction, process sump, non-clog self-priming, split case, and ANSI process as well as vertical and submersible turbines. The American-Marsh campus, featuring a 300,000-gallon test laboratory, located in Collierville, Tennessee, was acquired by WILO USA LLC in 2019.
