Title: AfterMarket and Equipment Sales Coordinator

Scope of Position: AfterMarket and Equipment Sales Coordinator working under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, performs a wide variety of duties associated with the AfterMarket and Equipment Sales department.
Applicant must have experience in AfterMarket Sales in the Manufacturing arena , with preference given to someone who has experience working previously for an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for answering all initial AfterMarket phones calls to determine customer needs and directs them to the appropriate Sales Engineer.
- Following up on sales quotes, checking on status to encourage closure of the sale.
- Administrator of updating information and data which allows Sales department to target potential sales and marketing efforts.
- Lead the direct sale and assist dealers in the sale of standard machinery and aftermarket services.
- Assists the customer in order-taking to help streamline the process and complete the sales order timely.
- Prepare quotations as directed by AfterMarket Engineers and remits to customers for potential sales.
- Prepares mailings, coordinates email sales drives, and other targeted sales, such as responses to inquiries and requests for information and "thank you" mailings.
- Reviews incoming orders; matches to information presented in our quotes and works with sales engineers to reconcile discrepancies.
- Processes order acknowledgements and job pages as needed.
- Works with corporate credit and collections as needed prior to acceptance of orders, and in investigating potential customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
The minimum education required is a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
Typically requires 3-5 years or more years of experience in a Sales environment.

- Instill a high sense of urgency into all actions of the AfterMarket & Sales department to ensure all activities are carried out to achieve set goals.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will have no supervisory responsibilities.

This position is office based in Formtek's Twinsburg, Ohio facility and does not qualify for remote work capabilities.
