We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Aftermarket Parts Manager search in the Cleveland, OH area.
Responsibilities:- Assume complete commercial responsibility for the spare parts line, encompassing pricing strategy, quote accuracy, margin management, and overall customer experience.
- Identify and implement strategies to boost sales of parts and accessories through lifecycle programs, upselling initiatives, and proactive customer outreach. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create promotional materials, catalogs, and content that enhance sales effort
- Lead initiatives aimed at streamlining and optimizing the spare parts workflow-from quote to cash-resulting in improved turnaround times, accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quote turnaround times, order accuracy, revenue, backlog, and customer fulfillment metrics. Collect and analyze internal and external feedback to guide product planning and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the quoting and order management process for spare parts, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfillment, and exceptional communication with customers.
Requirements:- Experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or customer operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Track record of driving process improvement and sales growth in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP Systems and CRM Tools
