We are currently recruiting for an After Care Customer Service Representative in High Point, NC. This is a fully on-site role. In this role you are handling incoming calls, returning phone calls, and addressing a variety of customer inquiries. You could be fielding questions regarding warranties, repairs or maintenance services. You may also schedule appointments, collecting payments, assisting technicians, etc. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, can utilize multiple systems simultaneously and has great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and return phone calls promptly, providing excellent customer service.
- Address general inquiries, warranty questions, and service requests.
- Book repair or maintenance appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling to meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, particularly during active outages.
- Collect payments for services rendered and update payment information in the system.
- Accurately document customer issues and service requests to aid technicians in diagnosing and fixing problems in a single visit.
- Assist with monitoring generators and inputting checks.
- Contact customers with outstanding service bills to arrange payment.
- Communicate effectively through email and work orders to ensure clear understanding between customers and technicians.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service driven environment
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
